It was just an excellent fit for a couple of nights in Kearney with fantastic value for money. The hallway carpet was filthy, contributing to an overall unpleasant stay. Avoid rooms on the first floor if possible.

A friendly vibe but noisy nights
Friendly staff welcomed us with warmth, and the room was clean, offering decent amenities for our stay. Perfect location right off the interstate for travelers.
Unfortunately, noise from the upstairs rooms disrupted our sleep, but the disturbances did lessen by 10:00 PM, allowing for a decent night's rest.

The facility is in dire need of updates!!! Hallways reek of stale cooking oil, noisy at all hours, and some areas are downright dirty with stains and grime!!! Management needs to invest in cleanliness and comfort!!!

We enjoyed the friendly staff and the affordable rates for our large family. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions together. Our kids especially liked the spaciousness of our room, which made our stay comfortable.
